Horizon Care exists to provide value for money, efficient and effective healthcare services to hospitals, nursing homes and private individuals who need healthcare services.
We have highly motivated bank nurses with various specialities i.e. RGN, RMU, ITU, SCBU and RM. Also we have highly skilled healthcare assistants many of whom are student nurses, medical students, nurses and doctors trained abroad now adapting to the UK Medical system.
The special areas we cover are NHS General, Private sectors and Residential Homes for people with physical and learning disabilities and also Nursing Homes with EMI including mental health.
Home calls support older people living independently with a daily phone call to check that they are well. This is a proactive, preventative service. If no response we call back, if no response again approved key holders are then alerted. Please email or call for more details.
